BW LPG Limited (“BW LPG”, the “Company”, OSE ticker code: “BWLPG”) has purchased 5,900,000 shares in Avance Gas Holding Ltd (OSE ticker code: “AGAS”) on 21 December 2020, which represents 9.14% of shares and voting rights. Following this transaction, BW LPG owns 5,900,000 shares (9.14%) in Avance Gas Holding Ltd.
